If you would choose an operating system that should never appear on the market, what name would appear on your blacklist? I honestly say that I did not even think about it and, although I do not like certain products, I never wanted to wish them badly. The fact that I do not like something does not mean that others are perfect.

However, there is one product that has not brought in the IT market unless there is nothing useful. Its edition was a total mistake in my eyes and I am very happy that it will be ended in natural way. It is of course a Windows Mobile 10 operating system. Microsoft can drag the life of its system, but not one blogger wrote that the new mobile system from Microsoft is a corpse.

Microsoft’s mobile system is still alive and has not been cut off from the respirator. But it is only vegetation and I do not like to keep such technological piece of junk. From the beginning, it was known that Microsoft’s mobile system was a small misfire. The most funny thing is that the giant of Redmond is trying hard to make us believe otherwise and Windows 10 Mobile has a future. The whole idea of Windows 10 Mobile was that the system was unchanged on all types of devices. It’s a bit of a disservice to Microsoft and it’s been released since the release of the system. Some time ago there was a technical chapter on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. Each of these systems is developed (or not) at its own pace.

Microsoft translates this as decision-making modifications into OneCore, the kernel of the system.

They also report that the disbanding of both systems is only temporary and Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile will merge again. After all, Microsoft says that it will be after the Redstone 3 upgrade. This upgrade is planned for autumn 2017. Somehow I find it hard to believe what Microsoft promises because the situation is a bit repetitive. The Redmond Giant has already done such actions on the occasion of Windows Phone 7.8, Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows RT. Already at the end of life these systems were separated from the Microsoft world. Of course, no support was taken, but the systems were no longer in the company’s head.

As we know, some time ago there was an update to Windows 10 known as Creators Update.

This is very interesting that on the same day the update will appear also on the mobile version of Windows 10. Unlike other devices such as PC, tablets or game consoles, this update will not bring any visible changes beyond a few trinkets. It looks very similar to the previous Redmond mobile systems. In addition, there is also a list of devices which will receive the Creators Update:

  • HP Elite x3
  • Microsoft Lumia 550
  • Microsoft Lumia 640 / 640XL
  • Microsoft Lumia 650
  • Microsoft Lumia 950/950 XL
  • Alcatel IDOL 4S
  • Alcatel OneTouch Fierce XL
  • SoftBank 503LV
  • VAIO Phone Biz
  • MouseComputer MADOSMA Q601
  • Trinity NuAns NEO

No other device can count on the newest version of Windows 10 Mobile. As you can see, this list is very short what means that Microsoft’s operating system will disappear from the mobile world.
