Commodore 64 was one of those devices that had come to many homes. On the bazaars you could find a lot of cassette tapes with games, and each specialized in fine-tuning the head with a small screwdriver. It looks like retro console returns are in fashion and it’s a pretty viable business. That’s why someone has got a good deal and decided to prepare a C64 Mini console that will hook you up to a modern HDMI-capable TV.

The first company that decided to revive its old retro console was Nintendo. We have had two consoles in the Nintendo Classic Mini: NES and SNES. In both cases, the manufacturer also prepared original game ports and added emulation of the imperfect image of old TVs. These products were very warmly welcomed by the players, and the entire NES Mini was sold immediately after the release. That’s why Atari started work on the AtariBox project, which styled it with Atari 2600. Now comes the Commodore 64.

The C64 Mini retro console is prepared by Retro Games Ltd company.

The console looks exactly like the old Commodore 64, but it’s half the size of a computer we used to have in the 80s. Unfortunately, the keyboard is just a dummy and the control is done using the included joystick. It is connected via a USB cable and the console also has an HDMI connector. Just like the NES Mini, the C64 Mini also emulates a CRT image on a modern TV and has built-in games. Producer has 64 titles for us:
