Surface is the top product’s family from Microsoft. Therefore, they have decided to add new devices to its portfolio. This time, Microsoft has prepared a smartphone with of course Windows Phone operating system on board. Of course the top feature will be Continuum, because Microsoft wants to blur the boundary between computers and smartphones.

New smartphone from Microsoft is being developed in cooperation with Intel.

The idea is to manufacture mobile with components which are similar to those used in computers. Thanks to this approach, they can use also similar software. The basic version of Surface Phone will have 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage and Snapdragon 830 chipset. However, Microsoft will prepare also versions with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built in storage as well as 8 GB of RAM and 500 GB of internal storage. The last version looks very interesting, because we did not have until now something similar in the mobile market. The version with 8 GB of RAM will cost about $914. The main camera will have 20 MP resolution and it will be built using optical systems manufactured by Carl Zeissa company.
